1. Information we collect

• Account information — name, email, role, and profile details you provide.
• Project content — job descriptions, proposals, messages, CAD files, and renders you upload.
• Payment information — handled by our payment provider (Razorpay). We store transaction records and payout details, not full card numbers.
• Usage data — log data, device and browser information, and cookies needed to keep you signed in.

2. How we use information

• To operate the marketplace — matching clients and designers, running contracts and escrow.
• To process payments and payouts through our payment provider.
• To provide support and resolve disputes.
• To detect fraud and keep the platform secure.
• To send service-related communications (you can opt out of non-essential email).

3. How we share information

We share information with the other party to a contract as needed to complete the work (for example, a client sees the designer's deliverables). We share data with service providers who run the platform on our behalf — including Supabase (database, authentication, storage), Razorpay (payments and payouts), and email delivery providers — under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data retention and security

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal, tax, and dispute-resolution obligations. We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure.

5. Your rights

You can access or update your profile from your account settings. To request deletion of your account or a copy of your data, email support@papertoprod.com. Some records (such as completed transactions) must be retained for legal and accounting reasons.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to keep the platform secure. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
