Normal revisions are included, as agreed in the designer's offer. If you ask for something bigger than the original plan, the designer sends you a price for that extra work and you decide whether to accept it. If there is a real problem, our dispute team steps in before any money moves.

When you choose a designer and pay, the money goes to PaperToProd, not to the designer. We hold it until you approve the work. The designer is paid only after you approve.

Yes. Every designer has a public page with samples of their work and ratings from past jobs. You can also message them before you choose anyone.

Jewelry designers usually give you STL and 3DM files plus high-quality images. You can open 3D files right in your browser here. No software to install.

The full price goes into the designer's wallet as soon as the client approves. There is a fee only when the designer takes the money out, and it depends on how much they take: 15% under $200, 10% from $200, and only 5% from $400. So taking out a bigger amount at once keeps more money. The exact fee is shown before they confirm.

Yes. Making an account is free for both clients and designers. Clients pay nothing until they fund a job. Designers pay nothing to apply or to send an offer.

A job is new work made for you: you describe what you want, a designer gives you a price, and they make it. The Marketplace is the opposite. These designs are already finished and ready. You look at them, pay the price shown, and download the files right away. Nothing to explain, nobody to wait for.

You get the design files the seller uploaded: STL, 3DM, OBJ or STEP, whichever ones they added, plus the images. Every design shows you exactly what is inside before you pay. You can also turn the 3D model around and look at it from every side first. The files are in your account as soon as your payment goes through.

You keep 90% of every sale. If the design says you made it, you keep 95%, because the 5% designer credit comes to you as well. The same design can be sold to as many buyers as you like. You choose the price yourself: free, or anything from $2 and up. You can change the price or remove the design at any time, and it costs nothing to put it up. This money goes into the same wallet as your job money, so you take it all out together, and a bigger amount means a smaller fee.

Only the payment processing fee, and you see it before you pay. It is what the card or PayPal company charges, passed on at cost with nothing added by us. The listing page shows the price, the fee and the total for each payment method, so there is never a surprise at checkout. We add no platform fee of our own — our share comes out of the sale. Paying from your PaperToProd balance has no fee at all.

Yes. If the design says you made it, 5% of every sale goes into your wallet automatically, for as long as it keeps selling. You do not have to ask for it.
